Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions to prospects and negotiate closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts + 1 weekday)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
