Responsibilities
- Manage outbound/inbound sales calls to qualified leads within assigned territory
- Present product solutions and close deals via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with weekend shift focus
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with external sales teams for seamless client handoffs
- Attend weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong phone-based communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Goal-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
