Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to determine customer needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) regarding prospect activities and deal status.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and engineering teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
