As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Sales Cycles: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Clients: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
