Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads within the Nevada and California territories.
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-value appointments for our Account Executives to close.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Overcome objections and demonstrate product value to decision-makers over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies based on market feedback.
- Document all interactions accurately and adhere to company call scripts and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Availability to work the Night Shift (Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
