Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, effectively handling objections.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive speaking voice.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
