- Customer Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop strategies that improve overall team performance and individual growth.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications
