Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and lead generation during evening shifts.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and CRM software.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to optimize sales strategies and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego office.
- CRM experience is a plus.
