Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on strategies and goals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional local client meetings
