Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
