Your Mission:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our brand. You will drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Engage prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and video conferencing to build rapport.
- Present product solutions and effectively handle objections to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills and stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Entry-level candidates with strong attitude considered).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
