Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to create cohesive sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated resilience in achieving goals
