Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively solve client challenges and close complex deals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Master our proprietary sales methodology and adapt to evolving market trends
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect pain points
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through post-sale support
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong negotiation skills and closing acumen in B2B SaaS environments
- Adaptability to fast-paced changes in product offerings and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
