Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and update client data accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Attend comprehensive training sessions to master product knowledge and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
