Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Present product demonstrations and explain complex solutions to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Accurately enter and update customer data in our CRM system to track pipeline progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong hustle considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- High level of self-motivation and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote/hybrid).
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
