Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise clients across the Southwest region
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track KPIs and optimize conversion metrics
- Conduct 25+ daily outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client pain points
- Maintain 95%+ activity targets in sales pipeline management
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record exceeding $500K annual sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Nevada sales certification or willingness to obtain immediately
