Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify new business opportunities within the local market.
- Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
