Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Develop tailored solutions presentations and product demos aligned with client pain points
- Execute consultative selling techniques to build trust and close complex deals
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, track KPIs, and forecast revenue
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive intelligence sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value-based proposition development
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with multi-cycle sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
