Responsibilities

- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and campaign performance
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle complex objections using value-based selling techniques
- Track sales activities and forecast revenue using Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting customer data and market trends
