Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present product demos and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients to increase revenue.
- Closing sales deals and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service (Candidates with no experience but high energy are considered).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
