Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Document all client interactions and feedback accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, but preferred for team events).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
