Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue per transaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic sales process.
