Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Engage prospects in a consultative dialogue to identify their needs and propose solutions.
- Close deals and process orders within established sales scripts and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a weekend schedule (e.g., Friday-Sunday) with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for professional growth and success.
- High school diploma or GED required.
