Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across California
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through strategic follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Close deals with minimal supervision while maintaining client relationships
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
