Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for commercial clients in Fort Worth metro area
- Conduct 15+ face-to-face client meetings weekly to build relationships and close deals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based pitches
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain client data
- Collaborate with product team to identify new market opportunities and product gaps
- Present quarterly performance reviews with actionable insights for improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with documented track record
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
