Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Customer Interaction: Conduct product demonstrations, provide expert consultations, and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Market Expansion: Identify local market opportunities and execute strategies to increase brand presence in the Colorado Springs area.
- Service Excellence: Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and that every customer leaves satisfied.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional sales manager and local support staff to optimize sales processes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure all promotional materials are current and displayed effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience preferred; however, we are willing to train high-potential candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local client visits.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as business demands.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and CRM software (training provided).
