Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close deals over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure pipeline velocity and conversion.
- Client Retention: Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
