Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record in customer-centric roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural sales aptitude
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- High school diploma or equivalent with commitment to ongoing learning
