Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across Dallas and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs using value-based selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in competitive markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
