Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and qualify existing prospects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Effectively present product demos and solutions tailored to client needs to drive conversions.
- Manage customer relationships from the initial inquiry through to contract signing and onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update records, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (typically 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or similar).
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
