Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and outbound prospecting calls.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client pain points and objectives.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals within SLA.
- Accurately maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
