Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and networking.
- Conduct needs analysis presentations to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for client visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
