Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify potential leads within the assigned territory.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to ensure consistent revenue forecasting.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis calls with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Present product demonstrations and handle objections professionally to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or tele-sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales enablement tools.
