Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic with weekend availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales
