We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and closing deals. Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Present products/services to prospective customers and overcome objections.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as part of the shift schedule.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
