Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualified leads during night hours.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs and pain points.
- Manage and update customer information in the Salesforce CRM system in real-time.
- Overcome objections and close sales deals over the phone with a persuasive approach.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly quota targets consistently.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and qualify inbound leads.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high energy throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (relocation welcome).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently and thrive during the Night Shift schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a major plus).
- High resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
