Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections effectively
- Track sales activities and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in team training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
