Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize CRM software to identify and engage potential leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and determine the best solution to drive sales growth.
- Closing Deals: Present product demonstrations, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within the company database.
- Weekly Reporting: Track your progress toward targets and collaborate with management to optimize performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (sales experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
