Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to determine client requirements.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and campaign content.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce) accurately with deal status and activity logs.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive preferred).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment within the NY time zone.
