Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and manage a high-volume pipeline through cold calling and email outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Close sales deals over the phone and through digital channels, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telecommunications, or high-ticket services.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
