Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track sales pipelines and forecast performance
- Collaborate with West Coast teams during overlapping business hours (California time)
- Master product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in real-time
- Participate in quarterly sales contests with exclusive rewards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of hitting quotas
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong time management skills and comfort with asynchronous communication
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST (flexible start time possible)
