- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients' needs and present tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Deal Closing: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot and update prospect data regularly.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner.
- Determination: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
