Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account activation.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive upsells and renewals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter mentality with a high level of resilience and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
