Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize cutting-edge tools to identify and qualify high-intent leads within the Denver market and beyond.
- Client Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates and revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot, tracking every interaction and pipeline activity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivated: A natural hunter who is self-driven, competitive, and thrives on hitting numbers.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Denver, Colorado business landscape is a plus.
