Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present product demos and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and client interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
