Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals over the phone.
- Manage and update a robust pipeline within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and messaging.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and industry trends.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telecommunications, or SaaS sales.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
