Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Present product solutions and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and campaign messaging.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
