Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify enterprise leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop and execute consultative sales strategies for complex B2B solutions
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ activity benchmarks
- Leverage CRM tools to pipeline 20+ qualified opportunities monthly
- Collaborate with product teams to address client-specific requirements
- Present compelling product demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Drive full-cycle sales from discovery to contract closure
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to C-level executives
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
