Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively present solutions to C-level executives
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified meetings
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and document client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present quarterly sales performance insights to leadership team
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
