Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM platform
- Present product solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Close deals with average contract values of $50K-$150K
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in commission-based roles
